Shipping policy

Standard Shipping 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

**Your order processing times are separate from the shipping times they see at checkout. 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Canada Post is experiencing slower delivery times due to COVID-19. Please see Canadapost.ca for more information. 

Local Delivery 

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within 40 km. Upon entering your address, you will be able to see if you eligible for local delivery. 

Deliveries are made from 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday. We will contact you via email with the email you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Pick up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 20254 Township Road 834 Northern Sunrise County. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at just4ufashions2017@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
